Ainaa Amirah Mohd Noh is a Partner at MASFI Law with a primary focus on conveyancing and estate administration. She leads and manages end-to-end conveyancing transactions, including sub-sale and under-construction properties, financing and loan documentation, perfection of transfer, discharge of charge, tenancy arrangements, and property-related advisory services.

Known for her meticulous, solutions-oriented, and client-focused approach, Ainaa plays a key role in ensuring the firm's ability to deliver high-volume, precision-driven conveyancing and transactional work efficiently, seamlessly, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

With experience in both private practice and the public sector, including her tenure as a Legal Officer at Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Ainaa brings valuable insight into regulatory compliance, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination. Her broad exposure across sectors enables her to provide practical, commercially minded legal solutions tailored to clients' needs.

In addition to her conveyancing practice, her areas of practice extend to corporate advisory, governance and compliance, and debt recovery matters, where she advises clients on a broad spectrum of legal and commercial issues.
