This website uses a separate intake form for inquiries and appointment requests. Submitted information is used for conflict checking and next-step coordination.

Please do not submit confidential information until the firm confirms acceptance of the matter and the appropriate communication channel.

Forms and notifications may be handled through Google Workspace services configured for intake purposes.
