Farah has been involved in billion-ringgit infrastructure and data centre projects, providing legal and commercial advisory throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including tender exercises, negotiations, execution, and post-contract management.
Her experience includes advising on 5G-related commercial frameworks, long-term access agreements, and operational structures within the telecommunications sector, working closely with industry stakeholders and regulators.
She also has extensive experience in technology procurement and commercial contracting involving SaaS, cloud services, and infrastructure agreements, as well as the development of contract systems, templates, and governance frameworks to support organisational efficiency and risk management.
